About Me
I have been a housing inspector for the last fourteen years and have vast experience of visiting people at home and realise how important it is to treat the visit to carry out the assessment, both professionally and politely.

From 1 December 2008 all homes marketed for sale in Scotland will require to have an energy performance certificate containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills

From the 4th January 2009 it is legal requirement that all landlords with rented properties have an energy performance certificate on display within the property.

This only requires to be carried out when a new tenant moves into the property after 4 January2009.

Landlords please contact me to discuss your requirements and also the number of properties you require performance certificates for. I will be delighted to discuss this with you.

I am able to provide domestic energy performance certificates conforming to all government requirements.
One of the key elements of the EPC is to assess the Environmental Impact as a result of the management of CO2 emissions. If you would like to learn more and obtain advice on how to reduce CO2 emissions, click this link www.energytrust.org.uk

I am accredited with ECMK, accreditation number EMCK201096, click this link www.emck.co..uk or www.hcrregister.com to confirm my details.
